A report is provided detailing the assessment and its outcomes.
Whilst the offeror can then make assertions as to the tax exemption possibility of the investment (including the use of the badge in AuSMEquity listings) this assessment is not for distribution to investors and does not entitle any representations be made with regard to Lellco or any venture capital manager or fund granting acceptance of the investment into a qualifying federal government registered venture capital fund.
This service includes:
Three months Standard listing on AuSMEquity and utilising the “Pre-qualified Tax Exempt Investment” badge;
Seven days of Spotlight advertising of your listing on AuSMEquity; and
Seven days of Top of Search advertising of your listing on AuSMEquity.
If an offer is Pre-qualified Tax Exempt Investment status we recommend seeking Certified SMVCF status to secure your investments place in the Sustainable Enterprise Fund, and maximise your marketing capability and quickly secure the best investors.
